Except for orders of exceptional weight we apply a flat rate shipping charge on orders up to and including a total value of £200 (excluding taxes). These charges range from £4 to £15 depending on the country zone of destination. Orders above £200 are shipped free of charge.
To see the actual shipping charge on an order you must log in with your user name before checking out of the cart system. However, a summary of carriage charges to major destinations for orders up to £200 is as follows -
UK including Isle of Man & Channel Islands (Zone 1): £4
Europe including EU (Zone 2): £15
Rest of the World (Zone 3): £20
2. SHIPPING TIME
For UK customers the expected delivery time via Royal Mail or via commercial carrier is 2-4 days after receipt of payment and after confirmation of availability from stock.
For non-UK customers, shipping is via airmail and the expected delivery time to major destinations is as follows -
Destination: Republic of Ireland 3 days, Europe 3-5 days, US/Canada 4-5 days, Australasia 5-7 days
Should the goods not be available from stock you will be advised of the expected time of despatch.
3. SHIPPING INSURANCE
For UK customers, insurance against loss or damage of goods during transit is automatically included and the goods will be at our risk until received by the buyer.
For non-UK customers, insurance against loss or damage of goods may be automatically included depending on the country of destination. We will advise you whether delivery is subject to risk or whether you are advised to take out additional insurance.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Should you require a trackable shipping service, please advise this with your order. We will advise what the available methods are and the extra charges, if any.
