Cape with Sleeves

This hooded cape completely covers the child and wheelchair
A horizontal rear aperture gives access to the handles (or pushbar) at the rear. The aperture is elasticated to cater for handles of different height and distance apart, and is protected by a storm flap to keep the user dry (See image below)
Integral hood with drawstring and cordlocks
Neck opening with inner apron and outer stormflap with hook and loop fastening
Adjustable cuffs
Elasticated hem secures the cape under the footplates
Sized to suit users in buggies or wheelchairs 12" (30) to 16? (40) width
