Cape with Window

This is a waterproof nylon cape which completely covers the user and scooter.
Clear soft-feel vinyl window gives visibility of the hands and controls, and also the kerb.
Window is welded to the nylon ? no needle holes (See photo below).
Integral hood with drawstring and cordlocks.
Neck opening with inner apron and outer stormflap.
Double pull slider enables internal or external neck zip operation.
