This cape avoids the difficulty of sleeves, zip operation, or fitting the cape around the scooter.
Simply throw over the head and shoulders and tighten up the drawstring. It couldn't be simpler.
Discrete arm slits enable the scooter to be driven without loss of front protection.
Provides protection beyond the knees
